Cardiac Anesthesiology Locums Job in Arizona 24 Hour Call June-December

Schedule for Assignment :
Call shifts are 24 hours with 10-12 hours per day in house, the rest of the shift is at home. Full time is 4 shifts per week.
June-December

Job Requirements:
Board Certification required
Arizona License required or IMLC
Anesthesia Residency required
Cardiac Anesthesia Fellowship - preferred

Job Details:
Setting: Cath Lab and CV OR
Duties: Provide anesthesia coverage for Cardiovascular Services
Required Procedures: TEE and central lines
EMR: Cerner
Reason for Coverage: Ending of contract for anesthesia services-Transition to employment model that is 90+ days out
Deal breakers (do not present this): Have to have AZ license and clean file; must have cardiac experience
