You will play a key role in defining testing strategies, ensuring software quality, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance our automation capabilities. This is a full-time opportunity hybrid in New Castle, DE.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong background in test automation and quality assurance.
Experience with modern automation frameworks and tools for API and UI testing.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
Experience working with cloud-based testing environments and CI/CD pipelines.
Prior experience with instrumentation, IoT, or embedded systems is a plus.

What You Will Be Doing

Designing and implementing a scalable automation framework for API and front-end testing (React-based UI).
Developing and executing automated test scripts to ensure software reliability and performance.
Integrating automation into agile development cycles and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborating closely with software engineers and product managers to establish best practices for test automation.
Driving process improvements and advocate for automation strategies to enhance development efficiency.
Troubleshooting and resolving automation challenges, ensuring robust test coverage.
