As a Technology Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of our technology programs and initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineering, product management, and operations, to ensure that our technology solutions meet business objectives and customer needs. This role requires a strong understanding of technology, project management principles, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning and implementation of technology programs, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and to develop detailed project plans.
3. Manage program budget and resources, and monitor program performance to ensure timely and successful delivery.
4. Identify and manage program risks, and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
5. Communicate program status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, and facilitate decision-making to resolve program issues and mitigate risks.
6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Coordinate with software engineering team to ensure that technology solutions meet business requirements and customer needs.
8. Maintain knowledge of emerging technology trends and innovations, and incorporate relevant technologies into program planning and execution.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology program management, preferably in the financial services or FinTech industry.
3. Proven experience in managing complex technology programs, from planning to execution.
4. Strong understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies.
5. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
6. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage program risks and issues.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate program status and issues to stakeholders.
9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
10. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
