Lead Veterinary Technician to join our dedicated

This role has a heavy focus on surgery and dentistry, requiring advanced dentistry experience along with expertise in surgical induction and monitoring. As our Lead Technician, you'll play a key role in creating protocols and procedures, leading training efforts within our technical team, and ensuring top-tier patient care.
Compensation and Benefits: - Competitive pay: $21-$23/hour (based on experience)
- Bonus package: $500 - $2,000 based on credentials
- CE allowance: Up to $1,000 for Credentialed Technicians

Required qualifications and skillset: - 3+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Surgical assistance including induction, monitoring, and post-op recovery
- Dental prophylaxis, extractions and radiographs
- Blood draws and IVC placement
- IV/IM injections
