Animal HealthCare Center has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Veterinary Technician to join our dedicated AAHA-accredited 3-doctor team! If you have a passion for surgery and dentistry, strong leadership skills, and are ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!

This role has a heavy focus on surgery and dentistry, requiring advanced dentistry experience along with expertise in surgical induction and monitoring. As our Lead Technician, you'll play a key role in creating protocols and procedures, leading training efforts within our technical team, and ensuring top-tier patient care.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive pay: $21-$23/hour (based on experience)
• Bonus package: $500 - $2,000 based on credentials
• CE allowance: Up to $1,000 for Credentialed Technicians

Required qualifications and skillset:

• 3+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
• Proficiency in the following skills:
  • Surgical assistance including induction, monitoring, and post-op recovery
  • Dental prophylaxis, extractions and radiographs
  • Blood draws and IVC placement
  • IV/IM injections
