We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Medical Assistant/ Receptionist Fulltime at our Gastroenterology Group of Northern New Jersey in Englewood New Jersey

The Medical Assistant/Receptionist Responsibilities are:
  • Provides assistance to Physician and services and care to patients including escorting patients to exam rooms, obtaining and recording vitals and patient history, PIF charts, other clerical duties, EMR data entry and handling telephone calls
  • Provides assistance, services and care to patients by scheduling appointments, greeting, resolving problems and handling payment and insurance information for patients by phone or in person.
  • This position provides clerical and data entry support to the Care Center.
  • The Medical Receptionist requires a positive approach, ability to multi-task, flexibility and a keen understanding of policies and procedure


The Medical Assistant/ Medical Receptionist must have the following qualifications and experience:
  • High School graduate or GED.
  • Must have 2 to 3 years of experience in a medical office
  • Certified graduate of Medical Assistant program preferred
