About the Role
The Company is seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic and operational financial leadership. The successful candidate will have oversight of three hospitals, including a Level II Trauma Center and two critical access facilities. Key responsibilities for the Interim CFO include financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, as well as ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards. The role also involves managing the finance team, which consists of a finance manager and three financial analysts, and working closely with other hospital departments to support the overall mission of the organization. Applicants for the Interim CFO position at the company must have a Master’s degree and a proven track record in hospital operations, particularly within similar-sized healthcare organizations. Experience in union environments and with critical access and payor mix is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at problem-solving, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
