| Position Summary | Zone Facility Technician IV will successfully complete Preventive Maintenance, Work Orders and Minor Renovations and to include the following trades: HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Temperature controls, Lighting and Electrical. Zone Facility Technician IV will be capable of performing the diagnostic testing and analysis of systems referenced above and makes repairs necessary for normal operation. |
