Position Summary |
UNMC is a human-focused organization, and the Talent Development Program Manager is a leader in managing operations, systems, projects, and processes that underpin UNMC’s investments in professional development for roughly 2,000 talented faculty. The Talent Development Program Manager must be a collaborative, progressive, and nimble team player, working as part of a small Faculty Development team of three, where no task or idea is too big or too small. The Talent Development Program Manager analyzes and identifies ongoing training needs/trends and coordinates and collaborates with stakeholders to evaluate and design improvement initiatives targeted for UNMC’s faculty talent. The Talent Development Program Manager uses advanced communication skills to interact not only with faculty and leaders from all ranks and divisions across UNMC, but with a variety of service providers and experts across the globe. The Talent Development Program Manager manages delivery across live, virtual, and online learning environments.
