Sr. Patient Area Environmental Services Associate

  • Responsible for the disinfection of hospital patient contact surfaces in areas of the hospital where patients receive undergo invasive procedures.
  • Requires a high level of disinfection due to isolation cleaning procedures, handling of potentially infectious waste and linen, performing cleanup of blood and body fluids and or providing disinfection of operating rooms.

Shift:

  • The weekday shifts are two - 8 hour shifts during the week: 9:00am-5:30pm, can work any shift during the week Monday - Friday
  • The weekend shifts are two - 12 hour shifts: 7:00am-7:30pm

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 18 years of age required.
  • High school education or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to comprehend materials safety data sheets and chemical labels required.
  • Ability to multi-task required.
  • Good written and verbal communication required.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in hospitality related environment or cleaning experience preferred.
