We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing warranty claims.

Responsibilities:

Submits to the manufacturer standardized warranty claims for open service warranty jobs.
Manages and processes service warranty claims including computation of charges of shop work for all locations to ensure maximum return on the claim.
Works with service managers to ensure there are no expired Product Improvement Programs
Understands warranty regulations and is able to provide consultation and assistance to service managers, technicians, and parts department on the proper way to provide information for claim submission.
Communicates to the warranty manager about warranty status on a regular basis
Provide document and report processing support to aftermarket management as needed

Requirements:

2+ years experience in service department operations
Understands the service software in the dealer business system and Deere Warranty system
Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups
Ability to create, analyze, and interpret internal reports
High school diploma or equivalent experience
