What will a Pharmacy Technician do every day on the Transition Team?

Supports all facility transitions including onboarding, ownership changes, eMAR/Integration changes, and offboarding.
Individuals on this team will work with stakeholders internally and externally to ensure our customers have a positive experience and build strong relationships with account managers.
Manage Customer Transitions processes, including partnering with relevant team leaders, facilitating transition update meetings with internal and external stakeholders, and providing overall project management for transitions
Provide conversion order entry and patient support for transitions
Provide backup order entry and patient admission support to operations teams as needed

Pharmacy Tech minimum requirements will include:

High School diploma or GED required
Active Pharmacy Technician License required
Ability to obtain multiple state Pharmacy Technician licenses and National Pharmacy Technician Certification through an accredited program
1 year pharmacy technician experience preferred
Experience in pharmacy order management and admissions preferred
Strong computer skills and experience using a document management program
Knowledge of drugs and drug categories
Must be comfortable working with various types of technology
Must be able to actively contribute to a positive team environment
Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks, remain focused, and work independently
Must be detail oriented
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

You must be reliable and have a solid work history to be seriously considered for the position.

Position hours: Eight-hour shifts scheduled between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday through Friday. Flexibility is a must.
