Seldin Company is seeking a Part Time Leasing Specialist for Delaware Crossing Apartment Community in Ankeny, IA. This is a conventional property with 152 units. This position will pay up to $20.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. This position will be 25 hours per week with a schedule of Tuesday-Friday 8AM-1:30PM or 9AM-2:30PM and Saturdays, 9AM-2:30PM.
