We are looking for something with experience in the HVAC industry who can diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, repair and sell a new unit when necessary.  Extremely customer focused with great communication skills and professional appearance.  We believe in doing the right thing the first time, always with a customer is first mentality!  We don’t do things because that’s the way it’s always been done, we do it right and go a step above and want to Change the Game!

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to use all equipment, tools and testing equipment used in HVAC
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning troubleshooting
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures as well as work in attics and crawl spaces
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
• Work well with others which includes
  • Communicating with other technicians
  • Service writers
  • Customers
• Service Titan knowledge a huge plus – We require everyone to use Service Titan on every call with photos, measurements, notes, etc.
• Must have own set of personal hand tools
• Clean background and driving record
• Work hours, approximately 7:30-4:00pm but can change in this industry daily sometimes.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Check in Service Titan night before and make sure you have what you need for the calls that day.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems
• Maintain systems in good repair
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Diagnose and repair, mechanical, electrical and plumbing problems on site.
• On-call duty
• Weekly production meetings discussing the past week and did everyone hit their numbers.
• Weekly production/sales meetings to discuss past and upcoming jobs.
• This role reports to the Production Manager
