AIR BALANCE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT TRAINER

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:

• Effectively demonstrate professionalism and courtesy when working with customers, contractors and co-workers.
• Must be able to complete projects independently and without regular supervision.
• Maintain a professional image and appearance.
• Review blueprints, design specifications, and manufacturer recommendations to ensure proper installation of project.
• Knowledge of installation of refrigerants, accurately changing components, order duct fitting, equipment and accessories, install and operate low/high voltage.
• Experience with low voltage applications.
• Train customers on operations of HVAC systems.
• Assist with developing and administering training processes and procedures
• Provide training to Service Technicians on service technology.
• Establish bench marks required to advance within assigned technician levels
• Report progress on technician growth and development as needed.
• Provide direction to entry level technicians on service maintenance procedures.
• Support Senior Management direction and initiatives.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be available for flexible scheduling of work hours and overtime as required.
• Journeymen license preferred.
• EPA and OSHA Certification preferred.
• Ability to be insured by the Company to drive a company vehicle.
• Basic Computer skills; Building Management System knowledge preferred.
