About this Opportunity:
As a Senior Onboarding & Integration Specialist, you will lead the seamless integration of new client business into our servicing infrastructure. This role ensures the accurate and timely reflection of client data in our servicing database during onboarding, while driving cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations, and servicing teams. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.
For External Candidates:
Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Omaha, NE; Lehi, UT.

In this role, youll get to:
Lead the integrity and accuracy of client data within the servicing database during onboarding
Develop and enforce data validation protocols to ensure compliance, reduce errors, and support downstream operational efficiency
Act as a key liaison between servicing teams and advisors, proactively identifying operational needs and aligning workflows
Facilitate regular strategy sessions to ensure seamless communication and unified execution across departments
Evaluate, recommend, and implement technology solutions that enhance onboarding efficiency and scalability
Partner with IT and product teams to align tools with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration across platforms
Design and refine onboarding workflows to maximize efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and support business growth
Apply continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to streamline operations and enhance client experience
Create and maintain high-impact marketing and training materials that clearly communicate onboarding steps and expectations
Ensure alignment between internal teams and clients through consistent, branded, and user-friendly documentation
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess onboarding effectiveness
Use data-driven insights to refine processes, enhance client satisfaction, and support strategic decision-making

Has a deep understanding of Orions operational workflows and technology stack, enabling efficient navigation, troubleshooting, and optimization of platform capabilities to support business objectives
Manages multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments
Demonstrates success in both autonomous roles and cross-functional team settings, contributing to shared goals through proactive communication and accountability
Manages competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency, ensuring timely delivery of results without compromising quality or stakeholder expectations
Has advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills, with the ability to create dynamic reports, presentations, and data-driven insights to support decision-making
Possesses strong written, verbal, and active listening skills, enabling clear articulation of complex ideas, effective stakeholder engagement, and collaborative problem-solving
Identifies root causes, develops actionable solutions, and implements process improvements
Has strong organization skills with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement
Has a minimum of a bachelor's degree
Has a minimum of 5 years of experience
Obtains Orion Industry Certification
Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and works effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range:
$67,262.00 - $100,159.00The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
